About Us Me

Hi, I'm Francesco.

I've been doing this for a bit. 8 years with 2 companies and 7 data-heavy roles across business ops strategy, sales ops, digital transformation, master data management, and even a data entry temp (keep your hat on).

I've built data orchestration frameworks, reverse-engineered complex, manual data processes at a global company, managed Business Intelligence projects, built data quality engines, train data teams in the US and Europe, and much more - all based on principles I taught myself in Excel. The tools were more robust, of course.

Part of my job has always been to train others - whether my direct reports or coworkers - in how to use the right tool the right way, for the right job.

So when a friend told me that I should offer this particular set of skills as a course, it all clicked.

I had just started my consulting shop, Dantès Advisory - the one I've meant to build for at least the last 10 years. My end game is to enable non-profits to grow the impact of their mission with tools and strategy typically reserved for enterprise sales, marketing, and operations departments.

Part of that is training their teams to get a better handle on the data they have and get the most out of it. So the courses I develop here also go to benefit them. And as this business grows, it helps me spend more time with the nonprofits and their mission.

Mainly but less relevant, one of the best parts of my life is going on bike rides with my kids, and we've been doing a lot more of that recently. I live in Southern California with them and my wife.
